South Asian Girls now occupied 80% labor jobs in the job market which is quite high rate if we compare with the other zones. It is pity, most managerial posts are occupied by males though it is claimed that most women now access same opportunity with men. 99% workers in Garments are female and they are bringing a lot of remittance for south Asian countries. Though most professionals and para-professionals positions are occupied by men, interestingly females are getting priority in job market. They are no more performing traditional role, now they are very important in job market. Especially in marketing department.
